Call forwarding via Samsung Tool

Please follow these simple instructions to call forward using the Samsung Tool:

1. 1.  Open up the DM Tool on your desktop by double clicking on the icon.
2. 2.  On the left hand side at the top you have the connection icon, enter your PASSWORD that you were given by the technician.
3. 3.  On the left hand side you have the options.  For Call Forwarding select option 5 which is FEATURES.
4. 4.  Then select option 5.15 Station Features.
5. 5.  Then 5.15 6 Call Forwarding.  Once in this section you’ll get the list of extensions available.  Choose the extension you wish to forward and use the drop down for what type of forward you desire.
6. 6.  Once you have done this press the SAVE icon in the bottom left corner.
