Setting or changing handset names

Please follow these simple instructions to set or change the handset names on a Samsung Business Phone:

1. Press the ‘Transfer’ key and dial 104 from your handset’s keypad
2. Enter the name you wish to assign to your station. The universal format of letter input through a numbered keypad applies here (the same as text messaging on a mobile phone).

NB: To add a space press the # key twice. Use the volume keys to scroll through the letters.
