Installing Call Management Software

Please follow these simple instructions to show you how to install OSDM Software:

1. Login with your user name and password, if you don’t have login details you can register and you’ll get an email with your password.
2. Go to home page and you’ll see Download Software section.
3. Download Call Management Software.
4. Unzip folder and do click on 4ComCDVersion6.7.exe
5. Click Run option and Install.
6. Click on the option Install Client Software (Licensed Product).
7. You’ll get another window asking for port and firewall options, just close this window.
8. Select No install drivers.
9. Click Next, and Accept terms and agreement.
10. Click Next and Install.
11. Click on Finish.
12. Enter your server IP address.
13. Click OK.
