Step 1

In order to install your 4Sight CTI software, you will first need to download it. Please click the following link, which will download the software in a ZIP file: Download Link Depending on your browser, this may appear in the bottom bar, or as a pop-up, so please ensure you have temporarily allowed pop-ups from this site.

Step 2

Open the file you have just downloaded and double-click the file inside in order to run the installation program. When prompted please select the "Run" option followed by "Install". Then, click "Next" followed by "Finish".

Step 3

Once you have clicked "Finish" you will then see the 4Sight configuration window, shown to the right. Please click "Detect" in the top right-hand corner, which will populate the Server section with your IP address. Typically, this value is 192.168.1.201, but if your value is different from this, please don't worry, the detect function will find the correct value.

Step 4

Now, please enter your phone extension which should be visible on your handset. Please use the LiveChat button in the bottom right corner of this website if you need any help on where to find your extension number. Please continue down the form, entering your first name, surname and DDI number. If you don't know your DDI, please enter your office's main telephone number, as this will be sufficient. When you have entered this information, please press "Save".

Step 5

Having clicked Save, you should then see a message which reads "Applying New Settings". Please right-click on the green icon and exit the 4Sight software- don't worry, we'll re-start it in the next step.

Step 6

Please go to your "Start" bar and search for "4Com". You should see the 4Com 4Sight file appear. Please click it to launch your newly configured 4Sight software. You have now completed your installation of the 4Sight CTI software.
