If you are a HiHi customer, you have access to the app HiHi Connect 2. Using your mobile, you are able to make and receive calls as you would on your desktop through the app. Helping to ensure you stay connected when away from your desk, HiHi Connect 2 also enables you to remain available if there are any service disruptions or unexpected issues such as outages, as the app gives you the benefit of working on 4G and 5G, so you can stay contactable.
HiHi Connect is available on both iOS and Android smartphones from their relevant app store.
