Call divert/forward on a Optipoint handset

Please follow these simple steps to set up a call divert/call forward on a Optipoint handset:

  1. With the handset on-hook press either one of the arrow keys located towards the bottom of the handset’s keypad. This will open up the main handset options list.
  2. Scroll through to find ‘Call Forwarding?’. Now select this option using the tick key.
  3. Choose which type of forwarding you wish to engage, and press the tick key again to select your choice.
  4. Enter the number or extension you wish to forward calls on to. Remember to enter “9” before any external number. Press the tick key to confirm.
