Voicemail Greeting

Please select your phone from the options below:

This guide is for Siemens models. Please note that your phone may not look identical to the one pictured opposite, but the steps are the same for all Siemens phones. To set your voicemail greeting, first press the mailbox key.

Next, select "Call Voice Mail" shown on the display by pressing the OK button.
Step 3
You will then be requested to enter your password. Please enter the password which would have been issued to you by your engineer during your installation. If unknown, the default password is 1234. If this does not work, please contact us using the form below to request a password reset.

To record your voicemail greeting, press 3 twice which will fast-forward to the section of the recording you'll want.
Step 5
Press 0 to delete any previous message and pick up the receiver (if you haven’t already) to record your voicemail greeting.
Step 6
When you’ve finished, please press the # key.
Step 7
If you are happy with your greeting, hang up the receiver and your voicemail message will have been set. If you wish to re-record your message, repeat steps 1-6 to re-record your greeting.. Again, press the # key and replace the receiver when complete.

This guide is for Samsung models. Please note that your phone may not look identical to the one pictured opposite, but the steps are the same for all Samsung phones. To record your voicemail greeting on your handset, you will first need to lift the receiver.
Step 2
Once the receiver is lifted, then press the voicemail access key. This is the button directly beneath the screen where it should read "Voicemail", "Mail" or "Vmail". If you can't see this message, please contact us using the form below.

Once you have pressed the voicemail access key button, you will then need to enter your password. This will have been assigned to you during the installation of your phone. The default password is 0000. If you don't have your password and if the default value doesn't work for you, please contact us using the form below.

Once you have completed sign in, you will need to press the number 5 button, to take you to voicemail greetings.

Please then press the number 7 to edit or change your voicemail.
Step 6
To record your greeting, press option 2 and begin speaking.

Once you have finished, press # to save your greeting. If you are happy with your greeting, hang up the receiver and your voicemail message will have been set. If you wish to re-record your greeting, repeat steps 1-5 but then press option 3 (rather than 2) and begin speaking your voicemail greeting. Again, press the # key when complete.

To change your voicemail on the HiHi handset, please select the ‘Voicemail’ button on the left hand side of the home screen.

Next, please enter your voicemail passcode followed by the # key (this passcode would have been provided at install, the default passcodes are automatically generated and 4 digits long). If you are unable to remember your passcode, please contact us by clicking the "No" option below and completing the form.
Step 3
When you have entered your passcode, please select option 1 to enter your voicemail box.
Step 4
Next, please press option 3 to change your mailbox's voicemail greeting.
Step 5
Now please press option 1 to record your new voicemail greeting.
Step 6
When you have finished speaking your message, please press the # key which will save your greeting. You may now hang up as you have successfully changed your voicemail message.

To begin recording or changing your voicemail message on the Yealink handset, please lift the receive and dial 555
Step 2
Next, please enter your voicemail passcode followed by the # key (this passcode would have been provided at install, the default passcodes are automatically generated and 4 digits long). If you are unable to remember your passcode, please contact us by clicking the "No" option below and completing the form.
Step 3
When you have entered your passcode, please select option 1 to enter your voicemail box

Please select option 3 to change your voicemail greeting

Now please select option 1 to record a new greeting
Step 6
Record your greeting by speaking into the phone and when you have finished, please press # to save the message. You may now hang up as you have successfully recorded a new voicemail message.
